Applying By E-mail

You can easily apply to become a member of the Food Policy Council using our electronic PDF Council application. Simply download the Council application, fill it out, and e-mail it back, using the instructions below.

Note: You will need to use Adobe Reader – if you do not have Adobe Reader, you can download a free copy from the Adobe website.

Instructions:

  1. Open Council application in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  2. Save application to your hard drive (Please change file name to your first and last name.)
  3. Fill out application and save final copy
  4. Attach your application to an e-mail and send to bhamfoodsecurity@gmail.com
